Delivery Information

All deliveries will be despatched from our warehouse facility in Norwich.

We will attempt to send orders out within two working days, although this is not guaranteed.

Packages will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48.

P&P for up to six jars is £4.99.

Deliveries are to UK addresses only (i.e. the island of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man).

Payment will be taken at the time of Your Order and You will be notified once Your Order has been despatched.

Delivery occurs when the products are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of products purchased does not pass to you until payment is received by us in full.
