Raw Lime Tree Honey

Lime Tree honey – a satisfyingly complex honey from Lime Trees (Linden) with a rich aroma and distinct minty notes. Recently bottled (as at 7th March 24) and currently runny, like most raw honeys, it will set over time. When set, it generally has a lively yellow colour and relatively coarse but moderately soft grain.
